The creators name is AnnoyingJapaneseChild Dinosaur, she owns the Happy Finds Store. Unfortunately it looks like her re-opening was short lived because her store seems to have dissapeared again x_x . If you join her store group in her profile you can still check the notices for some of her group gifts, but i guess untill further notice, her store is closed again, really sorry about that guys!
